La métaphore d'un oiseau

J'ai failli mettre ce poème en anglais sous le fil pour les oiseaux en Piano, mais finalement il est à sa place ici. J'avais perdu tout espoir pour l'avenir récemment et en expliquant les raisons à une amie, je me souvenais de ce poème d'Emily Dickinson qui avance plutôt son point de vue trop optimiste.
Comme ça fait du bien dans ce temps difficile, le voilà. Il y a deux traductions en français.
“Hope” is the thing with feathers -
That perches in the soul -
And sings the tune without the words -
And never stops - at all -
And sweetest - in the Gale - is heard -
And sore must be the storm -
That could abash the little Bird
That kept so many warm -
I’ve heard it in the chillest land -
And on the strangest Sea -
Yet - never - in Extremity,
It asked a crumb - of me.
